New York Chinatown Haul!

Yo! Ma Macaroons! It's been a week now since I've come back from Chinatown in New York. Here is the stuff I bought:

So the first store we stopped by is called The Face Shop which smelled AMAZING! It sells everything from makeup to skin care products. And the cheapest were it's face masks which my friends and i all ended up splurging on.
The front counter lady asked us our skin type and gave us samples that matched, isn't that sweet! ~
Here  are the masks I decided to buy!
Remember: Honey is good for reducing acne and Lemon fades dark spots
My last purchase from THE FACE SHOP is this cute little tub of hand cream, it smells like flowers ~

Our last stop in Chinatown was a store called oo35mm. It sold makeup and other cute goodies😍
I saw this blush and just had to have it! The packaging is just so stylish 💃
This little panda cost me quit a bit but you know what? It works! One of my biggest problems as far as appearance wise are my under eye bags. No matter what the circumstance is everyday around noon they just appear. This little stick cools the area and can even be applied over makeup!
Another impulse buy! Solid Fragrances are awesome, This one in particular was mentioned on Jenny's Blog and after on whiff I just had to have it! It smells like roses and after applied it lasts for the whole day!

And last but not least! I grabbed some double eyelid tape in hopes that it will help even out my uneven eyelid.
Here is a video explaining how.

That is my Chinatown Haul, hope you all enjoyed and as always
Stay Sweet ~
Bye bye ^^

What's In My Work Bag? I'm glad you asked.

Keys and a wallet are obviously necessary. Yes, my keys are attached to a Hunger Games lanyard sadly I don’t have the oh so cool ~ Mockingjay Pin but the little white button does say “May the odds be ever in your favor.” And a CVS card because makeup isn't cheap and discounts help.
Quick Tip: Decorate your keys with nail polish to organize them and add a pop of color.

Here we have my agenda and my tablet. I use a Microsoft Surface RT.

My agenda keeps me organized💁 All in all it is nice to have a full sized calendar to write events in. During the school year it gets very stressful as you can see.

My car gps because I have a fear of leaving it in my car unattended.

I had to retake the picture of my makeup because the one I originally took was blurry, so the backdrop is my bed.The makeup bag is the October 2013 ipsy makeup bag.

The makeup products are:

  • Makeup Forever Mascara (sample size Sephora Birthday Gift)
  • Homemade Red Lipstick (Bestie says it is similar to Revlon Lip Butter in Candy Apple)
  • Burt's Bees Deep Cleansing Cream Soap Bark & Chamomile
  • e.l.f Shine Eraser Blotting Sheets
  • Benefit Cosmetics High Beam (Sample Size)
  • eos Lip Balm in Summer Fruit
  • CAILYN Tinted Lip Balm in Big Apple

Makeup for the Great Outdoors

Guess who went hiking yesterday!? Yep, thanks to my job I get to exhaust myself by doing unusual amounts of physical labor because I signed up to help kids in math…..nah it’s worth it!

So yes, on Friday I went hiking and decided to test out a few products that would have me looking great despite the harsh environment and buckets of sweat. And they worked!

If it’s to light you can repeat the process to build up color. If you over did it a bit (like what I tend to do) don’t worry the next step should lighten the color.
